Are you the next Head of our renowned nonfiction training program?
We're looking for a new Head of Masterschool to take us into the next chapter. You'll lead on the selection of 15 brilliant nonfiction content project teams who are expertly matched 1-on-1 with tutors who not only help the project get off the ground, but catapult careers. The project teams will participate in 5 workshops and 3 webinars – planned by yourself – and attend key festivals and markets. The program culminates at a pitching event with international decision makers. Private meetings can be taken, connections can be made, and, crucially, projects can be funded and sold.
Above all, the Head of Masterschool is responsible for leading the program into the future as the industry shifts, and pioneering a new model for the creative sector. Times are changing and the industry needs to adapt. We’re looking for a thought-leader who can bring us into the future and beyond. An inquisitive mind who always has the next big idea – be it technical, digital, the new industry business model, sustainable opportunities for independent filmmakers, commercial acumen, and anything else that you can think of. We want to hear it.
