FEBRUAR FILM GMBH is a production house based in Berlin. The team of experienced and award-winning writers, directors and researchers produces documentaries and docu-dramas about history, adventure, current affairs and science for the German and international markets. Among the many high-quality documentaries we have produced in recent years are productions such as Israel and the Bomb (ZDF/ARTE/ZDFE), Stasi auf dem Schulhof (WDR/MDR/ARD), The Miracle of Berlin: The Documentary (ZDF), Death in the Deep: Clash of the Superpowers (ZDF/ARTE), Walled In! On the Trail of the Inner German Border (DW-TV), Dracula lebt! Das Vermächtnis des Grafen (ZDF/ZDFE), Sex and Science: The Measuring of Lust (ZDF/3SAT) - and films such as The Great Criminal Cases: Girl-Killer Ronny Rieken (RB/ARD), Manipulating Genes: The Future of Doping? (ZDF/3SAT), John Rabe: The Savior with the Swastika (ARTE/ZDF/ZDFE) and series such as The White Hell of the Himalayas (ZDF). At the moment, we are working on a four-part documentary series for ARD, on several one-offs for ZDF and the international market, as well as on two cinema productions.
