Mi-Yong Brehm

Mi-Yong Brehm, born in Karlsruhe, Germany, graduated in 2002 a journalistic trainee after completing her studies at the University of Heidelberg, In 2004 she started to work as a producer for the film production company Interscience Film by journalist Gero von Boehm, after several years of freelance work in print, radio and television. There she was co-responsible for numerous productions, including primetime documentaries for the public German broadcaster ZDF. Since 2011 she has been working for Marco Polo Film AG as producer and author. She was responsible for the films “ Jewels of the Alps – Italy`s Great Lakes”( 5 parts ZDF/ARTE), "Wild Faces of Switzerland" (4 Parts SRF / 3sat), and involved in the productions "Carousel of Life - The Traditional Orchard" (BR / Arte), "Springtime Stories " (WDR) and "Polar Bear Summer" (WDR / Smithsonian Networks).
