Mala Aria

“Mala Aria” is a documentary about malaria, a curable killer disease that still hasn’t been eradicated. Bremer, Eugena and Allan are at the frontline of the fight against malaria: they all grew up in African villages, where the disease is still the main reason for high child mortality rates. Through their stories, “Mala Aria” reveals the reasons why malaria is still alive and kicking and explains how these unnecessary deaths could be avoided. The solution to eradication might be surprising and not what you expect, as it is really simple: locals, politicians, economists and all the others have to recognize that they all have the same higher cause and pull together.
