Sonja Scheider

Sonja Scheider has been employed at Bayerischer Rundfunk (BR) since 1990, after completing American studies, politics and communication in Munich. From 2003 to 2015 she was Commissioning Editor in the Film Department, responsible for feature-length documentaries, co-productions and acquisitions. Since 2016 she has been the Head of ARTE Department in BR.
