The Lost Current

Connected to the Mekong 70 million people are today threatened, almost the equivalent of the population in the UK. Built to feed city centers like Bangkok with energy, the multiplication of hydropower dams on the Mekong obliges Samnang, an indigenous leader and his community to fight for survival and protection of natural resources.
