Anna Maria Abbasi

Anna Maria Abbasi is the founder of Urban Pilgrim Creators. She has worked as director, editor, graphic and motion designer, camerawoman (and assistant) and production manager for production houses in Germany and Austria as well as for ORF the Austrian Broadcasting Corporation. Recent projects she has contributed to are the TV documentaries “Riot in the Matrix” (2nd camera) by Hansjuergen Schmölzer produced by BSX and ORF and “Freeports” ‘(Title and Graphics) by Martin Gronemeyer, produced by sagamedia & BSX and co-produced by ZDF & ORF. Anna has a diploma in Audio Visual Media-Design Film/Video and a BA in International Development, hence her interest in looking beyond the limitation of borders, languages and constructed behavioural patterns. She is currently developing two feature length documentaries as Producer.
