Fritz Ofner

Fritz Ofner is an award-winning documentary filmmaker and producer and is based in Vienna.
His films have been screened at some of the most prestigious film festivals and were broadcasted by more than a dozen TV stations. In 2011 he received the Axel Springer Award for his TV documentary,
"From Baghdad to Dallas“. In 2013, "The Evolution of Violence", his first documentary for theatrical release, was nominated for the Austrian Film Price as „Best documentary“. In 2018, his TV documentary „Die Weltherrschaft“ was awarded with the Franz-Grabner-Award. His latest film, „Weapon of choice“, was released worldwide by Netflix.
