Judith Millecker
Judith is a highly versatile programme manager turned film producer. In her previous career in the healthcare and technology sectors, she managed EU-funded research grants with a total budget of €14M. She also has extensive experience leading large teams and delivering high-quality products.
A committed social and environmental activist, Judith has always been involved in grassroots movements. Her passion for health and gender equality led her to become co-chair of the trustees at the London charity Women + Health, which promotes the physical and mental well-being of women and their families while combating health inequalities.
In 2021, Judith transitioned into storytelling, writing and publishing her first children’s book. She then moved into filmmaking and has since produced more than a dozen short films. Last year, she co-founded The Unholy Trinity Productions, specialising in female-led filmmaking. Her goal is to focus on international co-productions and feature formats.
As a keen outdoor adventurer who has hiked, cycled, and paddled across five continents, Judith was immediately drawn to the idea of uncovering the origins of kitesurfing.
