Lara Sword is an experienced content licensing manager with a strong focus on AVOD and FAST. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Lara has successfully negotiated and closed numerous licensing deals with major broadcasters and digital platforms, delivering top-notch content to audiences worldwide. Prior to her career in content licensing, Lara worked in production, casting producing for documentaries, reality shows, and other programming. Lara's passion for storytelling and her experience in production make her a valuable partner for content creators and production companies. She is able to provide guidance on the marketability of their projects, as well as insights into the distribution and licensing landscape. Lara began her career at Little Dot Studios working on the Original Production Team's social media output and growth of Social Channels, later moving across to join the Little Dot Digital Network, managing specific channel brands. Lara became a permanent fixture at Little Dot Studios within the acquisitions & programmes team, licensing content for the company’s suite of AVOD & FAST Channels.

Little Dot Studios runs its digital broadcast network of more than thirty-five channel brands across social platforms as well as seven FAST channels across streaming platforms. Licensing over 16,000 hours of hand-picked long-form content, the network is watched by over 40 million subscribers and reaches over 100 million unique viewers every month.
