Nic is an international documentary story consultant and executive producer, working with filmmakers and production companies to elevate the editorial impact of their ideas and rushes across all stages of development and production. Whether shaping pitch assets, road-mapping pre-shoot scripts, navigating unexpected curveballs on location, or troubleshooting in the edit, his insights and solutions keep projects on track, while safeguarding against potentially costly schedule and budget overruns. Recent credits include the series ‘Inside Greenpeace’ for Sky Deutschland (Rockie award nominated), and feature documentaries ‘The Cancer Conflict’ (Grierson award shortlisted), ‘The Missing Millionairess’ for ITV (True Crime award nominated) and the multi-award winning ‘Savage Waters’. 

Previously an award-winning director with over 100 credits for all major UK and many international networks, Nic is also an experienced and highly regarded industry trainer, and a former board member and long-serving chair of Directors UK’s Factual Committee.
