Okku Nuutilainen

Okku Nuutilainen is a filmmaker and visual artist, whose short films, OBSERVE THESE WORDS (with Grönlund, 2020), SPLIT (2016) and FREE (2015), have been screened at film festivals both in Finland and internationally. She has over 15 years of experience from editing and her works include LADY TIME (2019), HOBBYHORSE REVOLUTION (2017) and WALK THE TIDELINE (2021). The first two both won the Best Documentary Film Award at National Film Awards, and the latter was nominated at the 2022 awards. Nuutilainen has a BA in Film Editing and a MFA in Fine Arts, Moving Image.
