Segolene Dujardin
After cinema and communications studies at La Sorbonne, Ségolène started working for TV in 1998. In 2007, she founded he own production company, Découpages.
The company initially focused on short formats between 2007 and 2012 but later expanded into documentary production. Our activities are structured around two core areas: investigative/geopolitical/societal content and science-health/discovery/environment projects. Our catalog includes over 50 documentaries, some of which have received prestigious awards in international festivals. The company has been one of the six nominees for the prestigious Best Documentary Producer of the Year Procirep awards in 2022.
The films we produce reflect the values we hold. For science and discovery: the thirst for knowledge, respect, and understanding of dynamic interactions among living beings, the joy of adventure, and scientific discovery. For investigative reporting and geopolitics, the defense of human rights, attention to refugees, victims of war or climate change, and people with disabilities. We support independent production and the fight against fake news.
We aim to produce impactful films with a strong narrative and a a slightly unconventional perspective, providing viewers with analytical tools, the satisfaction of being well-informed and connected to other human beings
