The war in Kosovo ended in 1999. Since then, the headlines focus on crimes committed by Kosovarians - both at home and abroad. 25,000 soldiers from 37 countries are based in the small country, each soldier costing about one million dollars per year.
Do we finance criminals? Or is it necessary for our own sake? What are the solutions?
The documentary attempts to answer these questions, showing the responsibility of Europe for Kosovo out of historical and actual reasons.
