A story of love, hope and happiness as we follow ‘Tuberists’ Tom and Meredith Hughes on their quest to find a permanent home for their precious collection of potato-related artefacts. It’s the largest collection in the world and will provide aperfect 'narrative time portal' to share with the audience their incredible stories and adventures through life. The pressure however is on for Tom and Meredith as storage costs are mounting and their son has other priorities. As time feels like it's running out, the camera follows their efforts to find a new home for the collection andrealise their ambitions for an International Potato Museum - a final fitting resting place for a lifetime of work.
