During the egyptian revolution, I was interviewing people in tahrir place to know why they are here, and what are their wishes. A young girl tells me my wish is when Mubarak leaves, I want to plant a tree that we can one day tell our children that we planted that tree for them, the liberty tree... It was the most powerful and sad year of my life, where my father and my country expressed their anger, they finally revolted. But my father’s expression was through illness. It was a year where the fight was continuous whether politicaly or personnally. The tree was always there as a sign, or to give hope and energy.
