Maï & Miles

A black-and-white, creative, scientific and musical documentary that tells the love story of Maïmouna Bocoum, a brilliant French-Senegalese quantum physicist, and Miles Jay, a gifted jazz musician from California.

The film begins just months before Maïmouna completes her work at the Niels Bohr Institute in Copenhagen, as she prepares to move to Los Angeles to be with Miles.

Set against the backdrop of their unique daily lives in the realms of physics and music, the film weaves a love story with a humorous and humble philosophical exploration on the theme of love and human creativity.
